The short version
- Try Pro free for 30 days before you pay anything.
- Yearly plans: full refund if you ask within 14 days of paying.
- Monthly plans: cancel any time, and you won't be charged again.
- Charged by mistake or twice? We refund it in full.
Try before you pay
Every church gets a 30-day Pro trial with no card needed, so you can use Psalmcast in real rehearsals and services before you pay. Because of this, we ask you to decide during the trial whether Pro is right for you.
Yearly subscriptions
If you're not happy, ask for a refund within 14 days of a yearly payment and we'll refund it in full. This applies to your first yearly payment and to each yearly renewal. After 14 days, yearly payments are not refundable, but you can cancel so that the plan doesn't renew.
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly payments are not refundable, because you can cancel at any time and you won't be charged again. Pro stays on until the end of the month you've paid for.
Mistakes and problems
- Charged twice, or charged after you cancelled? We'll refund the extra charge in full.
- A renewal you forgot about? Contact us within 7 days of the renewal and we'll refund it, provided Pro hasn't been used since.
- Psalmcast doesn't work on your computer and we can't fix it? Tell us within 30 days of paying and we'll refund you.
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with your church's name and the date of the payment. We reply within two working days.
Approved refunds go back to the card or bank account you paid with, through Paystack, in the same currency. Paystack usually processes them within 5 to 10 working days, though your bank may take longer to show it. When a refund is made, Pro for that period ends and Psalmcast returns to Free.
